The services model will not disappear, but how customers consume services will change.
Customers may consume services through a platform, a product, an end-to-end outcome, or even a blueprint they can use to build for their own sovereign needs. That blueprint itself can become monetizable IP, even if it has not been fully productized.
The operating model will increasingly span everything from services-led blueprints to full-blown platforms.
