The one year anniversary of one of the most devastating 6 weeks of my life is rapidly approaching. With that I have taken time to really reflect on the sequence of events, and what they meant in the bigger picture. My mom passed away, alone, while my dad was out running errands on November 24, 2025. He came home to find her on the kitchen floor. She left when he was away to save him from the vision of seeing her pass. Fast forward to December 29th, 2025. I flew to Washington state to comfort my niece and say goodbye to my sister Susie. I didn't really know that my sister was close to passing until I walked into the hospital room. It is a mental image that I will never forget. I kissed her forehead, I caressed her face and I told her to go and be with Mom. She was not conscious but I heard her whisper "I love you Bonnie", not once but twice. I played and sang her favorite song to her. "Always and Forever". And I held her hand until my niece asked me to run a personal errand for her because she didn't want to leave her mom alone again. I kissed her forehead again and left for target. Stopped at my hotel room to drop off a couple of things and I got a panicked phone call from my niece. My sister passed. Just like my mom....she left when I wasn't there. I didn't see her pass. But I had to see her body. Empty, yet still warm. It is something that will stick with me for the rest of my days here on earth. The two of them changed me in a way that cannot be put into words. I am so grateful to have the connections they afforded me with their passings. I have a lovely niece that I have grown closer to and am guiding through this and I am closer to my Dad than I have ever been. The lord works in mysterious ways. He teaches us lessons that we could never learn without pain and regret. God bless my mom and my sister Susie. Cherish each other in heaven. I know you left first so that Susie wouldn't be alone...she would have you mom. That is all she wanted. Until we meet again.......🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

As the saying goes, When it rains, it pours. My Lily had a small infection in her nose fold last week and now she has an ulcer on her eye! Poor girl can't catch a break! Keeping me on my toes for sure!

THE CABIN BABE NOON CHAIR. 🪑🏡🍂🇺🇸 @seahawkgirl84 — MAMALAMB Some women bring a little beauty into the world. Others bring strength, character, and a whole lot of heart. MamaLamb manages to bring all three. A proud U.S. Army veteran, married to a Marine, she’s a woman who stands firmly behind God, family, and country. That alone earns my respect. But there’s another side to this lady that’s just as impressive. She’s a wonderfully imaginative artist who can turn the ordinary into something extraordinary, sometimes beautiful, sometimes wonderfully strange, but always unmistakably her own. And through it all, she still finds time to encourage and support the creativity of others. So today, MamaLamb, the noon chair is yours. I’ve got a warm drink waiting, a comfortable cushion, and two Labradors who’ll be more than happy to keep you company. Thank you for your service, your creativity, and the heart you bring to this community. Neighbours, please help me give @seahawkgirl84 a proper Cabin welcome. 🏡🪵🐾🐾

Being kind after living a life of being ignored, left behind and abused is a gift. Keep being that person. Be kind. Share what you have. You are strong and special and have so much to give.

There is something that nobody tells you about the grief of losing a loved one. It never goes away. It doesn't really get easier. You grieve the loss every time you have something important happen in your life and you can't pick up the phone and share it with that person. You feel the grief when you realize you will never hear their voice again. You feel the grief when they were a part of your daily life and then suddenly they were gone....Grief never goes away, it never really gets easier, you just learn to live with it.....

I follow a forensic nurse on instagram....the things that she has found in her research really just solidifies how I feel about what is going on .....I will no longer get botox, or filler....I won't take any medication that I don't absolutely need....We are being lied to, manipulated and poisoned. We can pick and choose how and when....
