£3 in as a junior Spur, Stall to stand on down the front, hot dog from the geezer outside the Paxton, chopped up paper to throw in the air when the team came out. Would love to be 10 again for just one Saturday!! 🇮🇱
I hope we put the €10 million we got for Will Lankshear to good use as he just got his 12th goal of the season and it’s not even November.
£10 billion in financial aid! Let that sink in for a second. We should be putting pressure on him to seek a compromise instead of burning through our cash which could be spent on improving lives in the UK.
I had a great conversation with the UK Prime Minister @AndyBurnham, and we are grateful to Britain for its unwavering, strong, and truly leading support. Today, Britain made a strong decision to provide an additional £10 billion in financial support – £7 billion in economic support over the next three years, and another £3 billion in British export support, primarily for the supply of much-needed weapons that will strengthen our protection of lives. This is on top of the annual support Britain already provides to Ukraine.
A truly strong and very timely step – coming right as Russia needs to see and feel that Ukraine will not be left alone to deal with the problems Russia is so eager to escalate. Every step to strengthen Ukraine brings Russia closer to realizing that it must end this war of its own making.
Of course, Andy and I also discussed sanctions policy, and Britain will remain principled on this – setting an example that matters globally.
I am grateful to Britain, to Prime Minister Andy Burnham and his team, and to every person around the world who understands that standing with Ukraine is the right thing to do – that it means being on the right side of history.

Lots of 80’s and 90’s Spurs on here have many great memories of The Bull on the high road. By 2000 our visits were less common. My main memory was when 3 of us almost came on stuck with a firm of United inside. That and regrouping after Arsenal away 2000.
Proper Spurs away. Yids…
27th Oct 1990:
Gazza, basking in the glow of the summer’s World Cup, was in fine form, weaving through the Forest defence on a number of occasions. But the unlikely match-winner at the City Ground was someone else entirely.
Cometh the hour, cometh the man… David Howells was totemic at both ends of the pitch, scoring twice and saving a certain goal on the line.
