#TNMostWanted: The TBI, working closely with our local, state, and federal partners, continues efforts to locate escaped inmate Jacob Allen Morley.
Newly obtained video shows Morley stealing a white 2008 Ford F-350, TN tag 138BBQV, around 1 a.m. today.
