Police identified the victim as Shanteria "KT" Mosley, 26. Kingston Lammar Bradley, who lived at the complex with his father, is the person charged.

A warrant says a witness saw him carrying a plastic tub through an open area of the property. He dropped it on a dirt walkway and ran when he realized he was being watched.

Officers found a dismembered torso in the container. Family members said they recognized a tattoo.

A Friday search warrant on a vehicle turned up garbage bags in the trunk. One bag was pulled tight around the outline of a body part, and the medical examiner confirmed more remains.

Inside the unit, the warrant listed blood-stained areas and a large bloody saw. Investigators also noted bleach odor, a mop, a water bucket, and a carpet cleaner.

Court records show a still-open Cobb County case from a December 2024 fight. A warrant in that file says he hit his father and a 15-year-old with an Xbox controller.

"This is a particularly gruesome crime," Smyrna Police Lieutenant Meredith Holt said. "I cannot imagine what the family is going through."

Chambers fell into the water as he tried to board a vessel amid rough seas. Ingram immediately entered the water after him in an effort to rescue his teammate. Burdened by heavy body armor and tactical equipment, both SEALs were unable to return to the surface, and we're pronounced dead shortly after.

Maximo Garcia-Lopez, a Guatemalan national, was arrested after he reportedly crashed his 18-wheeler while making an illegal turn,
Another car carrying a child was caught in the crash. The child was rushed to the hospital.
Garcia-Lopez had NO valid license but was still working for YMY Transport LLC, a Virginia-based company.
