New Omnidex updates are now live, featuring Decklist Validation and Revealed Champions!
We've been working on improvements to the Omnidex decklist submission process to reduce the likelihood of players accidentally submitting illegal decklists. While our previous system prioritized flexibility across different formats, we've decided to place a greater emphasis on making the experience easier and more reliable for players participating in current competitive events.
Alongside these improvements, we're also introducing Revealed Champions, a feature intended to create a more level playing field at competitive events. We want to ensure that players have access to the same basic information about their opponents, regardless of whether they have a large network of players to share information with.
More information is available in our article! gatcg.com/article/decklist-v…

All of us at Marvel Studios are deeply saddened by the passing of Sir Patrick Stewart. Sir Patrick brought Professor Charles Xavier to life with extraordinary grace, intelligence, and humanity, defining the character for generations of fans, from "X-Men" to "Logan" to "Avengers: Doomsday." He was a singular talent, a generous collaborator, and a true gentleman. Our hearts go out to his wife Sunny, his children, his friends, and the countless fans around the world whose lives he touched with his art.

The greatest rivalry that Liquid ever had in esports was the one in StarCraft 2 between us and Evil Geniuses. In the early days before the scene really developed, the sentiment was that TL was the community darling building talent from the ground up and EG was the evil empire buying players left and right to buy themselves trophies. In those early days, I did not know the people behind the organization.
We competed in all the big tournaments against each other, and when HuK was at his peak, one of the most difficult moments in our organization's history happened when he made the switch to EG. Yet despite the rough start to our relationship, throughout the variety of events that we both attended, Alex Garfield and I ended up spending more and more time together. While we always remained fierce competitors and enemies on the battlefield, I had started to see him as a friend and incredibly skilled rival, peer, colleague, and eventually, ally.
In order to make it in this space, organizations such as Liquid and EG need to work together, and in those years it felt like we were having a positive impact and building a healthier ecosystem for all. Eventually we created the Holy Alliance: bitter rivals teaming up to take on the Korean professional teams on ProLeague was a reflection of the ambition of both of our organizations, as much as it was a statement on the development of our work together behind the scenes.
In my 25 years in esports I can say without a doubt that Alex was one of the most brilliant people I have worked with. Even with investment dollars coming in, new founders coming up and experienced CEOs entering from outside the industry, I will forever hold Alex’s strategy and understanding of the space in the highest regard.
It is sad to see that Evil Geniuses is finally closing its doors and I feel especially for all of its staff and players. However, not all is lost. I know this is a business, and ultimately it is up to those who now own the brand, but I would really like to urge the current owners of the brand to do all of esports a favor and allow for a transfer to Alex. Or in the words of HuK: “GG's, give the brand or sell it super cheap back to @alexgarfield please and thanks” 🙏
Hmmmm probably time to film another walk the dog on the state of the industry huh. So many companies shutting down or laying off, while AI on the rise.
I'm not a doomer or anything, but it's certainly going to change. At the end of the day though, people will always want fun games to play, and will find the best titles and share them.
If you're a player, make sure you share new games that are good so more people get exposure to them. Help great games rise above the flood of junk.
If you're a dev, focus on quality above all else, and do it in a way where you are efficient with your development. You can't afford to take it easy.

Had a talk about this during dinner before leaving LA and I just wanted to echo it on here real quick.
STOP rockin with people that feel some type of way when you're succeeding. They're not your friends. They need to be celebrating you and giving you all your flowers the same way you'd do for them if they were winning. People who can't show you that type of love don't need to be in your life. They either show up for you or you can show them the door. That's it.

Due to global logistical challenges, the upcoming Beatrice, Master Directive Re:Collection and Casella, Sky’s Cantatrice Re:Collection will not include Dragon Shield Art Sleeves.
But don’t worry, Dragon Shield Art Sleeves will return with the next Re:Collection release.
Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to both Re:Collections releasing on December 11th, 2026.
