After the election headlines, Bitcoin dumped in the Asia session and bounced straight back. Now it's stuck between support and a resistance box.
Inside that range there's no trade. A break and hold above opens the way to about $81K–82K. Losing support puts $71K–72K in play.
Either direction can work. Wait for the break to tell you which.

Everyone’s Calling a Bitcoin Bottom. Here’s the Problem nitter.cf/i/broadcasts/2BlMbdAgm…
October saw about $12.5B in liquidations, roughly $400M a day. Longs took $9.2B of it, shorts $3.3B.
It came in waves, and most of the damage came from chasing every bullish candle. Size and stops decide whether you're in the data or reading it.

Everyone's calling a Bitcoin bottom. Agreement can feel like confirmation before price proves it. We revisit the Convergence Window, what would confirm a developing bottom, and what would invalidate it.

Range or trend? Decide before entry.
Range: flat highs and lows, moves fade.
Trend: higher highs, pullbacks hold.
A good setup can still be wrong for the day.

Structure lines up. Momentum turns. It still might not be a trade.
You also want participation: volume and follow-through showing other traders are in the move too.
Without it, a clean setup can fade fast. Wait for the market to agree with you.

My worst mistake this month: I was in profit on Injective, and I skipped logging on over the weekend to take profit and move the stop because I was "busy." No excuse. And I did it twice.

BTC is trading near 77,370. The area we're watching sits lower, at 71,600–75,100.
Six things line up there:
1. September low
2. 0.382 Fibonacci retracement
3. Bull market support band
4. 200-day moving average
5. An 18% pullback, a common size for corrections in past bull markets
6. Elliott Wave 1.618 extension near 72,445
When several unrelated tools point to the same area, that area is worth planning around. It could produce a reaction if price gets there. It could also fail.
US midterms are Tuesday, Nov 3. Volatility may pick up around the results. That can move price into zones like this faster than a quiet week.
Mark the zone, decide your invalidation before price arrives, and size so a break below 71,600 is a cost you've already accepted.
