1/ Seventeen years ago, in Dec 2007, CelesTrak created SupGP data, specifically to avoid having GPS satellites lost following maneuvers. Yet we have two more GPS satellites not being tracked following maneuvers last week: celestrak.org/NORAD/elements….

8a/ The saga with GPS PRN 28 continues. While the data 'updated' on Feb 25, the association was obviously incorrect. And today--40 days after it was first lost on Feb 4--the RMS difference is over 2,000 km. For a GPS satellite. celestrak.org/NORAD/elements…
The ephemeris for GALAXY 11 (used for SupGP), launched 1999-12-22, has stopped updating after circularizing its orbit well above GEO graveyard altitude o/a 2024-11-25. As it appears to have been decommissioned, the CelesTrak SATCAT has been updated: celestrak.org/NORAD/elements….
