Senior living continues to show the strongest fundamentals in the Cdn REIT space, by far. CIBC on $CSH.UN results:
RBC raises estimates after $DHT.UN reports Q3 and updates guidance. Still my biggest holding: good growth, economically resilient, and a takeout candidate.
That was a pretty bad day for the big indices. But below the surface, some good news: US 10-yr bond yield now 4.84%. Was at 5.37% just a month ago.
DRI Healthcare reports another strong quarter, raises guidance for year. Plans to announce new, higher long term targets at year end. $DHT.UN
