This is why 90% of twitter complain that they bought bike/bus for someone to ride and bring returns but they end up running at loss I remember consulting with one of my dads friend on this issue, I found out; - there was no proper business registration - no written agreement;🧵
People think being professional and having structure are only meant for people who work 9-5 jobs. You can’t reach the top of any field without these two qualities. Whether you’re a creative, influencer, or business owner, if you don’t have them, you won’t make it.

Three lessons from this boardroom battle: ⚖️ A debt judgment is not automatically ownership of a debtor’s assets. 📑 Share ownership must be properly evidenced and comply with applicable regulations 🏛️ One case ending does not necessarily end another.

EPISODE 17: SUED FOR WHAT The Man Who Sued Red Bull Because It Didn't Give Him Wings Careathers vs RedBull (2013) A man sued RedBull because their famous slogan “Red Bull gives you wings” was allegedly false advertising. The company paid out $13 million. Here’s the real story 👇
In 2014, Red Bull agreed to a settlement worth up to $13 million. Eligible U.S. consumers could claim either: $10 cash OR two Red Bull products worth approximately $15. Red Bull denied wrongdoing and said it settled to avoid the cost and distraction of litigation.

The court eventually gave the settlement final approval on May 12, 2015. The case was dismissed with prejudice. So, technically: No court ever ruled that Red Bull falsely promised consumers actual wings. It was a false-advertising class-action settlement.
