What a great day it was to go and watch so many incredible runners out there!!! Despite the warm conditions, the performances were unbelievable!!

How cool is that!? Few weeks ago I met @RodneyGetEm at the London diamond league athletics and now is the Olympic champion as part of the 🇨🇦 4 by 100m relay quartet alongside @De6rasse @KingsleySC and @_Jeromeblake

What a great it has been yesterday at the London @Diamond_League athletics and my first visit to the Olympic stadium since the 2012 Olympic Games!
Also got to meet athletes afterwards: @JohnsonThompson @RodneyGetEm and Jazmin Sawyers!

I’m absolutely heartbroken to learn of the devastating loss of Marathon world record holder, Kelvin Kiptum. He had a long career ahead of him but gone too soon 😢😢.

Proud moment for @AmbitiousCol. Well done to Thomas and Ben Ziegel, former students of both Ambitious College and @WestThames, who have both secured places at the University of West London. What a great achievement! Read the full story here west-thames.ac.uk/news/1568-…

I need your help! 👋
#running @parkrunUK We need a London based clinical psychologist to help us with some reports to get my #autistic son @TZ1runner paralympic status. We will of course pay but would really like someone who knows about running. Runners please share and let twitter do its thing!
What a great day to go and see my idol @Mo_Farah run the @LondonMarathon for the final time in his last ever marathon race. Congratulations and thank you for everything you’ve achieved in your running career.

My first ever facebook ad went live this morning! I had a lot of help with it as I am so awful with technology. Steep learning curve. #autismmemoir

I know how much you loved the Queen. So many people around the whole world loved her. We were lucky she was our Queen weren't we? Beautiful portraits.
These are my pastel and collage portraits of the HRM Queen Elizabeth II I created a decade ago. I send love and support to the Royal Family who will be feeling a loss deeper than ours. RIP HRM Queen Elizabeth II.
