I thought I had escaped the embarrassment of secondary school until I met my former teacher at a bus stop. One conversation later, I regretted ever growing up. ๐
I was waiting for a bus when I heard someone call my name.
I turned around, and there she was.
My secondary school teacher!
The same woman whose footsteps could silence an entire classroom. The same woman whose questions made me suddenly develop an interest in looking at the floor.
"Look at you! You've grown so much!" she exclaimed.
We exchanged greetings, and before I could even finish smiling, she brought up one of my most embarrassing school memories.
"Do you remember the day you slept in my class and woke up shouting, 'Present, ma!' when I hadn't even called your name?"
I nearly resigned from being an adult. ๐ญ๐
"Ma, you still remember that?"
"How can I forget?"
We burst into laughter.
After catching up, I invited her out for a drink. We found a comfortable spot and talked about our old classmates, school drama, and the funny things we used to take so seriously.
The strangest part was how comfortable everything felt. The woman I once feared was now sitting across from me, sharing jokes and stories like an old friend.
No assignments. No punishments. No classroom anxiety.
Just laughter and beautiful memories.
As we prepared to leave, she looked at me and said, "Make sure you behave yourself!"
I laughed, but deep down, I knew my secondary school days had officially caught up with me.
Imagine becoming a full-grown adult, paying your own bills, making your own decisions, only for your former teacher to look at you once and reactivate your childhood fear. ๐คฃ
At this point, I have only one question:
Can someone tell these teachers that we've graduated, or must we keep living under their authority until retirement? ๐๐ญ

โค In DeFi, holding crypto is just one way to participate.
Depending on your assets and risk tolerance, you can explore different opportunities such as:
- Staking โ Earn rewards by staking eligible assets.
- Lending โ Supply assets to lending protocols.
- Liquidity Pools โ Provide liquidity and earn potential fees.
- Yield Farming โ Explore strategies for generating returns.
But here's the challenge: finding and comparing these opportunities across different protocols isn't always easy.
โค This is where SUMEX brings practical value.
Through its Investment Hub, SUMEX aims to give users one place to explore investment opportunities and compare important details such as:
- APY: Understand the potential returns.
- TVL: See how much value is locked in a protocol.
- Risk Factors: Evaluate the risks before committing.
- Portfolio Exposure: Understand how your investments are distributed.
Instead of jumping between multiple platforms, users can access these insights from one connected environment.
โค But remember, higher APY doesn't always mean a better investment.
Understanding the risks is just as important as looking at potential returns.

My wife told me I don't satisfy her in bed.
5 years of marriage. 2 kids. Yesterday she said: "You last 2 minutes and you roll over and sleep. I'm tired of faking it."
I have been providing, paying rent, school fees, being faithful. But she said "You don't satisfy me."
I asked her "Have you been satisfied elsewhere?"
She said: "No. But I watch videos. I talk to my friends. They enjoy their husbands. I just lie there and wait for you to finish."
She said she has told me 3 times before.
She said "You never ask me what I like. You just do your own and sleep."
I was angry. I said "So you want me to be a porn star?"
She said "I want you to be my husband, not my roommate."
Last night I tried to "prove" myself. I took pills. I watched videos to learn.
She stopped me halfway and said: "See? You are doing it for your ego, not for me. You are not even looking at me."
Then she cried. She said "I love you, but I feel lonely in my own marriage bed. I feel like a sex toy that you use for 2 minutes and dump."
I didn't know she felt like that.
I haven't touched her since that night. I feel like less of a man.
She sent me a video today: "How to satisfy your wife."
