Lamine Yamal is now the @fcbarcelona player who plays the most minutes. He does so because he is the one who runs the least. As @el_pais reports, he walks 45 percent of the time, jogs 32 percent and sprints for the rest He is 19, but he has grown up in the school of Leo Messi: he rests while playing, he works in the areas where he does damage, and he asks to be the leader because he knows that if the ball goes through him, the team will find it easier to win Flick looks for the best context around him (the right wingers, the ideal right back, a striker who fits what Lamine needs) so that he can "be happy", in the coach's words. Basically so that he brings out the best in himself As Jorge Valdano puts it, Lamine "thinks with his feet" He has the virtue of the greats: what he thinks, he executes. Sometimes the technical gesture becomes (half a rabona against Galatasaray) a new trick never seen before So, in order to be happy, he blends the marvellous with the effective What a luxury it is to watch him in @LaLiga @LaLigaEN practically every minute of the competition. Including #ElClasico on @PremSportsTV next Sunday. Come watch it with us!
