While most people speculate on #DePIN tokens, I operate the infrastructure behind them. 📡 Connectivity & Network Data – @375ai (network & connectivity data → $EAT) – @AnyoneFDN router (bandwidth sharing → $ANYONE) – @roam_network (WiFi mapping & connectivity validation) 🗺 Mobility & Mapping – @MapMetrics (anonymous travel data → $VAULT → $MMAP) – @captur_go (mapping & geo-data collection) 🧠 Compute – @Acurast phones (mobile compute → $ACU) – @DATSProject node (desktop + mobile) – @KaisarNetwork node – @teneo_protocol AI agent (public data indexing) 💾 Storage – @DeNetPro Storage node / Watcher node 🎙 Data Contribution – @silencioNetwork (noise + voice data → $SLC / $USDC) – @ReflexDAO (health metrics → $BEAT) – @ScannitNetwork (receipt scans & microtasks) 🌍 Environmental & Energy – @airalabs_io air quality sensor – @shelly_IoT plugs + @combinderio (energy data → $BIND) – @SkyX (weather data, soon) 💰 Capital Allocation – RoboFarm RWA investment (monthly yield, tokenized agriculture) – @peaq staking & long-term holding -> $PEAQ I test these systems in the real world. I collect data, rewards, and firsthand experience. And I share honest conclusions — even when they’re inconvenient.

Apparently @swissborg has been quietly rebuilding my portfolio. As a Swiss, I already had a soft spot for the platform. But after seeing base:0xf9569cfb8fd265e91aa478d86ae8c78b8af55df4 added today, I checked what else I can already buy there: $PEAQ ✅ $ACU ✅ base:0xf9569cfb8fd265e91aa478d86ae8c78b8af55df4 ✅ solana:69LjZUUzxj3Cb3Fxeo1X4QpYEQTboApkhXTysPpbpump ✅ $FET ✅ solana:hntyVP6YFm1Hg25TN9WGLqM12b8TQmcknKrdu1oxWux ✅ solana:7JA5eZdCzztSfQbJvS8aVVxMFfd81Rs9VvwnocV1mKHu ✅ For someone who spends an unreasonable amount of time on #DePIN and the Machine Economy, that's becoming a pretty decent selection. $ANYONE, $DEUS and $SLC are basically all I'm missing now. 👀

I just got promoted to Lead Mobile Compute Operator by @Acurast and @peaq. 6 phones. 1,239 $ACU. About $161 earned. @Acurast turned my old phones into a passive income stream. And now Acurast and @peaq are taking it one step further. Acurast is bringing its 320,000+ processors to peaqOS. I've often wondered what kinds of machines would follow after peaq's initial 3M machines. I didn't expect six of them to be sitting in my own office. The first Acurast Processors are already live on peaq, and the thought that I might soon find my own six phones on the Machine Explorer makes this one particularly exciting for me. My office. My hardware. And now, potentially, my own little fleet in the Machine Economy. And peaqOS could take them beyond compute. Over time, the same phones could run AI inference for robots, provide bandwidth for agents and build their own onchain earnings history. Six economic actors sitting in my office. And unlike their Lead Mobile Compute Operator, they actually work 24/7. Maybe that job title isn't so ridiculous after all.

This is exactly how you communicate when things don't go according to plan. Things go wrong. Deadlines get missed. That's part of building. What frustrates people is being left in the dark. ✅ Say what happened. ✅ Explain what you're doing about it. ✅ Tell people when they can expect the next update. No new launch date just for the sake of having one. Just another update on Monday. I've said this many times: communication matters most when things aren't going according to plan. This is a good example of that, @machinedotfun. Good luck to everyone behind the scenes. I imagine the next few days will require plenty of energy, coffee and strong nerves. 😅
On September 30, the launch configuration didn’t work as expected, so we’ve made further changes and are running additional testing before moving forward. We committed to a launch timeline and didn’t meet it. We understand that the lack of clarity around the delay has been frustrating. We won’t set another launch date until we’re confident we can deliver. Once confirmed, we’ll give at least 12 hours’ notice before going live. Our focus now is on getting the configuration right, testing it properly, and making sure everything is ready before we go live. The next status update will be shared on Monday at 16:00 UTC, with further updates as we make progress. Thank you to everyone who’s been waiting with us.

Piece by piece, @peaq is putting the Machine Economy together. Yesterday: 200 physical claw machines being tokenized on @solana, with each machine set to get its own Machine ID through peaqOS. Today: a new peaqOS function that lets machines cryptographically prove they're real. Now I'm wondering whether these two things are about to meet. 😅 @DualMintRWA plans to tokenize the economics of those 200 $PLAY claw machines while using peaqOS for their Machine IDs. With the new peaqOS Verify, a machine can prove that a genuine secure chip is physically present, while peaq separately verifies the business operating it. Both proofs are then attached to the machine's onchain identity. If I'm going to invest in the economics of 200 physical machines in Shenzhen, one pretty fundamental question is: How do I know claw machine #137 actually exists? A Machine ID tells me which machine we're talking about. Verify could potentially add another layer: cryptographic evidence that there's actually physical hardware behind that identity. And peaq's longer-term plans go further, with manufacturer attestations for things like serial numbers, firmware and calibration, plus maintenance and safety records. That could become particularly interesting for RWAs. Because once we start financing, insuring and tokenizing machines, a database entry saying “yes, this machine exists” probably isn't enough. So now I have a question for @DualMintRWA and @peaq: Could peaqOS Verify eventually be used for the 200 $PLAY claw machines? Because if the answer is yes, my article from yesterday just got a little more interesting. 👀

I have 5.67 million Teneo Points. Collecting points? Apparently, I can do that. 😅 But when it comes to turning my activity into actual crypto rewards – and whether I'm really making full use of everything @teneo_protocol has to offer – there's still a pretty big question mark. I've been using Teneo for a long time. I started with the browser extension. Today, I'm running a Teneo Beacon. My current stats: 5,673,977 Teneo Points 41,739 Heartbeats 69k claimed Fragments I know the points and fragments are part of the bigger picture, with the $AGENTIC token still to come. What I somehow seem to have missed are the actual rewards along the way. Teneo says it has already paid $8,000 in rewards to community members for running Beacon. There have also been different seasons and reward pools. Apparently, I either missed them, didn't qualify – or never figured out where and when I was supposed to claim anything. 😅 And looking at @teneo_protocol today, I also realize that I've probably only been using part of what it has become. There's the Beacon and bandwidth sharing, but also the Agent Console, SDK/CLI – and apparently you can build your own agents. I'd like to hear from people who use it more actively than I do: Have you received any of the Season/Beacon rewards? What agents have you built or used? And what should someone like me with 5.67 million points be doing that I'm currently not doing?

Apparently, I can now invest in other people failing to grab stuffed animals in Shenzhen. And somehow this involves @peaq, @Solana, @Chainlink, $USDC and a new token called $PLAY. Obviously, I had questions. I promised you a long article to celebrate 1,000 followers. Well, here it is. @DualMintRWA plans to use a $227,500 raise to fund 200 physical claw machines in Shenzhen – with the revenue from those machines ultimately funding monthly distributions to $PLAY holders. 12% annual net yield at launch. 15% target. But I wanted to understand what actually sits behind those numbers. Where does the yield come from? What do $PLAY holders actually own? What happens if the operator goes bankrupt? And if there’s “no lockup”… can you really get your money out whenever you want? I also looked at why the machines are supposed to get their own Machine IDs on @peaq, what @chainlink is doing here, and why $PLAY itself lives on @solana. I tried to break down the whole thing without assuming you know anything about DualMint, RWAs or even crypto. Here’s my deep dive into $PLAY 👇

1,000 followers. 🥳 In 2011, I opened my account on what was then still Twitter. And I barely used it. I had switched from journalism to a completely different industry, and I really missed writing. I had also written about crypto and blockchain from time to time, so I often checked X for updates. Then @peaq came along. And X was often the best place to find the latest information about its ecosystem. So I started writing about peaq. Then about other DePIN projects like @silencioNetwork, @Acurast, @MapMetrics and more. Before I knew it, nodes, smartphones, routers and sensors started piling up in my office. And I had questions about all these devices, the Machine Economy and #DePIN. A lot of them, actually. Posting them here helped me find answers. People explained things to me, corrected me, challenged my assumptions, pointed out things I'd overlooked and helped me understand this space much better. That's probably what I appreciate most about this community. Somewhere along the way, 1,000 people decided they wanted to follow my journey. Thank you. ❤️ Now back to asking way too many questions. And to celebrate, there'll probably be a much longer article soon. As if my posts weren't already long enough...

Well, I guess @peaq has officially made it. It has its own scam copy now. 😂 Please don't connect your wallet. I'm pretty sure the community can recognize AI slop when they see it, but still: This has "scam" written all over it.

$0.07?! For a second, I thought $PEAQ had pumped while I wasn't looking. 50,000 staked $PEAQ = $3,500? I like the optimism, @peaq. Unfortunately, my calculator says it's closer to $2,100 right now. Please don't fix the bug. I prefer your price. 😂

My 4 year old daughter calls it "Dad’s money machine." I call it #DePIN at its finest. $330 earned since January. My active contribution? Basically leaving it plugged in. The income couldn't be much more passive than this. Last night at 11 PM, I claimed my $ANYONE rewards. By this morning, my router had already earned another 1.89 $ANYONE. Since January 16th, it has earned me 1,144 $ANYONE – currently worth around $330. And counting. And now, the @AnyoneFDN router dashboard is back online, too. For a while, rewards were paid out directly to my EVM wallet. Now, I can track them accumulating on the dashboard again and claim them myself. I have to admit: I missed that little "Claim" button. In my opinion, this is exactly the kind of DePIN that has the potential to become part of everyday life. From a user's perspective, it's hard to make #DePIN much more attractive than this. Buy the device. Set it up. Provide a useful resource. Let it run. Get paid. No daily tasks. No months of point farming. No constantly checking if there's something you need to do. The device simply does its job. There should be many more DePIN devices like this. And @peaq + @AnyoneFDN... can you two please start talking again? I still think you belong together. 😂

💵 How much money are my #DePIN devices and apps actually making? 💵 I thought it was time for another little breakdown. ANYONE I have an @AnyoneFDN router hanging on my wall. It shares bandwidth and gets paid for it. Since January 16, it has earned 1,144 $ANYONE. ➡️ Current value: ~$330 SILENCIO I use the @silencioNetwork app on my phone. I used to collect noise data. Now I'm training AI with my voice. So far, the monthly raffles have earned me around $733 worth of $SLC. Voice recordings added another $32 USDC. ➡️ Total: ~$765 (And honestly, this could be considerably more if I wasn't so lazy with the recording tasks. 😅) ACURAST I have 5 Core Processor Phones + 1 Processor Lite. The @Acurast phones basically just lie around and provide compute. So far they've earned 1,232 $ACU. ➡️ Current value: ~$152 DATS The @DATSProject desktop app has now been running for 387 days. Earnings: $0 I have points. Lots of points. I also once got around $7 from a $10k giveaway. Yay! 😂 375AI I run the @375ai_ GO app every day. Unfortunately, I don't cover enough hexes for it to really be worth it, and right now the fees to claim my rewards are higher than the rewards themselves. So far: 226 $EAT ➡️ Current value: ~$13.23 DENET I'm running a @DeNetPro storage node. Well... I'm trying. It's still fighting me with a few technical problems. So far it has earned 0.0002691 $TBY. ➡️ Current value: ~$0.045 And then there are: @MapMetrics, @airalabs_io air quality sensor, @teneo_protocol Beacon, @roam_network, @combinderio, @SkyX_Network, @ReflexDAO and @captur_go. I'm collecting points, fragments, tokens or hexes with all of them. But so far, there's either no actual money to be made from them, or not yet. So that's my current #DePIN reality. Actual value earned so far: around $1,260. Plus $7 from a giveaway. Will this ever pay for all the phones, routers, sensors and hard drives I've bought? Let's not ruin a good post with difficult questions. I probably wouldn't have started using most of this stuff without @peaq. That's where my DePIN rabbit hole began. My biggest takeaway from this whole adventure? Apparently, time is not money. 😂 And yes, cable management is on the roadmap...

Soon we'll find out if people on @solana actually want to trade robots instead of dogs, cats and frogs. A few weeks ago, I did a deep dive into @machinedotfun. Since then, we've learned a lot more about how it is actually supposed to work. A hardware team might have a prototype, a simulation or simply a very good idea. What they often don't have is access to VC money, manufacturing partners or a clear path from one working machine to mass production. machine.fun wants to tackle all of that. First: funding. Teams can launch a token and build in public. Trading fees are split between the creator and machine.fun, giving builders a source of revenue that is separate from simply selling their own token position. Part of machine.fun's share is then used to buy solana:69LjZUUzxj3Cb3Fxeo1X4QpYEQTboApkhXTysPpbpump and $PEAQ on the open market. Second: manufacturing. Building one robot in your garage is hard. Building 10,000 of them is a completely different problem. That's where The Foundry comes in. Selected teams get help with supplier vetting, manufacturing planning and access to factories in Shenzhen and Dongguan. Basically: It works → now make 10,000 → please don't die somewhere in between. And third: why Solana? This part makes more sense to me the longer I look at it. machine.fun needs a liquid market where people are already comfortable discovering, trading and funding extremely early tokenized ideas. Solana already has that culture and infrastructure. Solana brings the market and liquidity. @codecopenflow brings the tooling and experience for hardware and robotics builders. The Foundry helps bridge the gap from prototype to manufacturing. And @peaq connects it to the wider Machine Economy. Put those together and you get a pretty unusual experiment: Can speculative liquidity actually help turn prototypes into real machines? The flywheel they envision is: trading → buybacks → onboarding → more machines → more activity. It looks great in a diagram. Now somebody has to prove that it works in the real world. And apparently, we won't have to wait much longer.

Apparently, +80% makes people a lot more talkative. 😅 A few months ago, things were pretty quiet around @peaq. I kept posting about it anyway – sometimes quite critically, too. Now my timeline is suddenly full of $PEAQ posts again. Even @solana has mentioned peaq several times. And honestly, I’m really happy about it. What happened? A few months ago, the market was brutal, and peaq faced a lot of criticism. The $PEAQ price gave people little reason to be excited. Mistakes had to be acknowledged. Tough decisions had to be made. During that time, I gained a lot of respect for the people behind peaq. I had plenty of questions and concerns, and sometimes I was critical. But whenever I reached out, I felt like there was an open ear on the other side. And I don't take that for granted. It's not exactly a given that a team takes the time to listen and respond to some random guy posting his thoughts on X. More importantly, they addressed a lot of the criticism. They reworked the economics. They teamed up with Doosan and @codecopenflow and advanced their onchain strategy with the expansion to @solana. They kept building and gave people actual things to judge them on. It’s easy to get interested in a project when the price action gives you a reason to. It’s much harder to stay engaged when it doesn’t. So yes, I’m genuinely happy to see so many people talking about @peaq again. I just think the comeback started long before the timeline noticed it. And I hope they keep going the way they have. I'll be here for it. And I'll still be here when things aren't going so well.

+20% today. +88% in 7 days. +261% in 30 days. ethereum:0x4a220e6096b25eadb88358cb44068a3248254675 is making moves. And I managed to uninvite myself from the party. 😅 A few years ago, I made a nice profit with Bitcoin. I put all of it into ethereum:0x4a220e6096b25eadb88358cb44068a3248254675. I was very convinced by @quantnetwork at the time. I thought the project had enormous potential, but there were still a lot of "ifs" and "whens". QNT went from around $150 to over $225. I stayed in. Then it went the other way. Hard. Eventually, I sold. And now I'm watching ethereum:0x4a220e6096b25eadb88358cb44068a3248254675 above $230 after Quant was selected by The Clearing House for its On-Chain Money Initiative. One of those big "ifs" I had back then suddenly looks a lot less like an if. So of course the thought comes back: Should I get back in? And that's where my post about controlling emotions from Friday suddenly becomes very real for me. 😅 Do I want to buy ethereum:0x4a220e6096b25eadb88358cb44068a3248254675 because the reasons I believed in it back then are becoming stronger? Or because I'm watching it go +88% in a week without me? Those are two very different reasons. And I'm not sure you can tell the difference while staring at a green chart.
