Had a lot of fun building this with @foldkit and @alchemy_run. Building an app and deploying it has never been easier. Shout out to the @EffectTS_ for their years of building a beautiful library.
It's all open source as well!

Asking claude "What would eliminate this type of bug all together" is honestly so cracked. Can't recommend it enough
Switched our CI to using effect tsrs. Can't hear my laptop fan anymore, so will need to find new background noise.
We are hosting a Series A launch party on November 6th! Free food, drinks, merch, and can come talk with us about using @EffectTS_ at hospitals!

A few months ago, you’d have to swap to a new agent after 200K tokens or it started to go down the wrong path.
Pretty sure I’ve compacted my performance agent a 100 times at this point.
We raised a 31M Series A at @vitalize_care! We're tackling a critical problem with staffing in healthcare!
If you want to work with @EffectTS_ and clusters at scale, @bunjavascript, @tan_stack router/query, and @PlanetScale Postgres, DM me! SF hybrid.
AI really makes me feels like I can build anything I've dreamed about. With tech like Effect, Grafana, Grokbot, and Planetscale I'm waking up to PRs ready for a quick review. Lately the PR reviews are more for me to understand the wiring than code standards.
Come help make my @excalidraw mock ups better :)

My coworkers and I have noticed those who are top players in videos games tend to be cracked engineers.
If you’re one of them, I want to hire you. Come build in SF with me, we’re building something incredible at @vitalize_care

Good companies don't hand their hardest, most critical projects to engineers that just walked in the door with a history of leaving early
If you want to solve those problems (and add them to your resume), you've got to stick around and earn it
Proud of the entire team for pulling this off, and couldn’t be more excited to be on @PlanetScale!
In healthcare ops, infra performance directly impacts how fast hospitals can respond to staffing gaps.
Supabase was good for early stage. It helped us move fast. But as we scaled across major health systems, we hit limits around connection pooling and unpredictable latency under load.
We just migrated Vitalize from Supabase to @PlanetScale Postgres:
Zero downtime.
400GB.
150M+ rows.
Now:
P95 latency: 2ms
200GB JSONB reads: ~1.2s, down from ~50s
Fewer resources, far more predictable performance

This month I've been really trying out LLMs. Coding like this feels magical, but also scary. Got burned from trusting the LLMs too much earlier on in the month, but feel like I have good commands now and plenty of human in the loop intervention to keep it on a straight path.
