Why your memory breaks down:
- You don't have a recall point
- There is no association to the subject to be memorised
- There is too much mental noise
- You lose concentration and focus
- Encoding doesn't happen quick enough (Or at all)
In order strengthen memory, you need to train it.
Memory training not only fixes the above breakdowns, it allows you to strengthen and power-up your cognitive abilities and use them to get ahead in life. No matter what your age!
Champion level focus requires champion level thinking. It's not something you can just switch on. It has to be trained.
The problem isn't always that you don't have enough time. Sometimes the problem is that some of your activities have boundaries, and some of them just don't.
About to crack open a fresh pack of cards today to test out my latest card memorisation strategy. Training never stops.

I found the best way to minimise stress and anxiety is to create different narratives in the brain that move towards positive outcomes.
