Should academics reply to student emails on a weekend? My stance: no - choose your weekend your way, but it does set up expectations that all academics should answer weekend queries, and most academics are normal people who don't work on weekends.. probably. #AcademicTwitter

I might be late, but I just discovered this and I’m going to try to legitimately get it into my PhD a couple of times. #donttellmysupervisors.

My quadriplegic husband tested +ive, now we can't get a carer to come for his personal care routine, so I (test -ive) have to do it without any available PPE. Aside from the strain it puts on a relationship, how do people without the same at home support system cope? system fail.

Tonight my 16 yr old daughter convinced us to go to a Harry Potter quiz night… I know that the wand chooses the wizard… and something something dementors … anyone wanna drop some knowledge on me… feel free.
