The incident took place on Wabash & Adams, where CPD were taking someone into custody, but others tried to intervene.

Harris attempted to liquidate her campaign and ride off into the sunset as the country’s biggest loser, but the court decided that she incurred the debt by illegally paying celebrities for endorsements, meaning those debts can’t be discharged.
The decision comes as a severe blow to the former Vice President, whose portfolio would be wiped out with the ruling.
She plans to appeal. It won’t go well.
