The cartels made the Houston Mayor an offer he couldn’t refuse: “lead or gold.” Houston then declared itself a sanctuary city, and in January, the entire state of Texas will follow suit.
Pretty much every Texas Democrat who won in the midterms is on the payroll of the cartels, from the governor to the lieutenant governor to the attorney general, Comptroller, Land Commissioner, Agriculture Commissioner, Railroad Commissioner, multiple seats on the Texas Supreme Court and Court of Criminal Appeals; they flipped the Texas House and even elected a U.S. Senator, etc.

Then a federal receiver took control of his companies.
Here’s what he told me happened next:
🔹 650 apartments and about 550 homes across two Tarrant County projects
🔹 A settlement between the receiver and the buyer, DLP, for $750,000
🔹 Barton says it wiped out more than $70 million of his equity
And it’s all in the court record. The settlement says DLP and the receiver “independently reviewed” the agreements and “assessed the value” of the interests themselves. No outside appraisal is mentioned anywhere in the excerpt.
Barton appealed. DLP’s answer: the appeals court has no jurisdiction to hear it.
The courts have agreed so far. Barton’s appeals have been dismissed, and he’s been ordered to explain why he shouldn’t pay damages for trying again.
As Barton sees it, the message is simple: if a citizen can’t appeal this, a receiver can do whatever they want with your property.
He hasn’t been convicted of anything. His trial isn’t until April 2027.
So who protects your property before a jury ever hears your case?

DHS in action protecting @POTUS and our homeland.
BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that a suspect arrested by US Secret Service last night in a stolen vehicle near the White House with a rifle, two handguns, and ammo is a Venezuelan illegal alien who threatened to kill President Trump and was previously caught and released at the Texas border in 2024 by the Biden administration.
Per DHS, last night, Secret Service agents saw a man acting suspiciously in a vehicle on Constitution Ave. near the White House. When agents approached it, the suspect, Ronny Yordrix Guanipa Chrinos, told them he was hearing voices in his head telling him to come to DC to kill President Trump. A search of the car revealed he had an AR-15 style rifle, a Mac 10, a Glock-43x, and ammo. The car was also stolen.
He was arrested and charged with carrying a rifle outside of a home or business, three counts of unlawful transportation of a firearm, three counts of unregistered firearms, three counts of unregistered ammunition, possession of certain dangerous weapons, carrying a pistol without a license, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, theft, and receiving stolen property.
ICE has placed a detainer on him with US Marshals, who currently have him in custody. DHS says he crossed the TX border illegally in March 2024 and was released into the country by the Biden admin.
DHS Sec. Mullin is praising the Secret Service agents:
“Thanks to our brave Secret Service officers, this illegal alien with three firearms in his vehicle was arrested near the White House before he could harm anyone,” said Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “On top of threatening President Trump, he is an illegal alien from Venezuela who had no business being in our country in the first place. This is just an example of the incredible work done by the men and women of the Secret Service every single day."

Deadline to register was 10/5. We have a 10/1, 10/12, and 10/26 voter roll. Early voting started on 10/13. Called an election office today and confirmed that ALL registrations had to be in GARViS by 10/5.
A well repeated pattern is packing the voter roll AFTER the deadline but making it look like it was there when it wasn't. We believe this to be the state not at the county level.
Below is a sample of 614 registrations that are new to the 10/26 voter roll (not on 10/1 or 10/12) AND they have vote credit! Notice the Registration dates. Notice the counties.

Last night, Facebook deleted Tina Peters’ page.
The “Real Tina Peters” page is gone, with no warning and no explanation.
The timing: right after 60 Minutes aired a segment accusing her of attacking elections “from within.” She was pushing back, and now she can’t.
It didn’t stop with her. My own Facebook reach was cut to zero overnight, and Rumble followed.
When the people questioning the narrative get erased while the network that attacked them gets a national platform, that isn’t content moderation. It’s picking a side.
