HALLOWEEN MOVIE NIGHT! I had mine w/ friends last night, & like every year we had a blast! We like to pick something horror themed but w/ comedic nuances. Last night we watched Totally Killer (2023), definitely recommend. Though, I'd have preferred a werewolf or bigfoot film! 🎃

In Celtic lore, Samhain aka Halloween marks the crescendo of the "Wild Hunt", a phantasmal parade of fae, witches & the like, all racing across the night sky. This ghoulish procession is preceded by giant HELL HOUNDS! To hear the baying of said hounds was an ill omen! #werewolf

Twas the Mothman Monday before Halloween, when all through the trees, not a creature was stirring, not even the bees, the moon on the breast of the dark autumn haze, gave a luster of warning to local highways, when what to my eyes did appear, but a giant moth w/ a terrible leer!

Spent the weekend camping in Pulaski County, MO. The coyotes were some of the more vocal! However, BIGFOOT & DOGMAN remained ellusive, but tis the purported behavior of such. Pulaski County has nearly 40k acres of public land, & 2 primary rivers... Great habitat! #cryptozoology

RENAISSANCE WEREWOLVES • It was believed at the time, that those transforming had made a deal w/ the devil to aquire a "wolf strap" or "wolf girdle", typically made from a wolf pelt. Essentially, a belt infused w/ dark magic, allowing its wearer to become a werewolf! #dogman

The tragic collapse of the Silver Bridge in Point Pleasant, WV (1967) was without doubt one of the communities greatest losses. Investigators determined a fractureed steel eyebar, due to corrosion was to blame, others say MOTHMAN! Maybe mothman was just there to warn ??? #cryptid

Went "BIGFOOTING" here in Missouri the other day! Was in Phelps & Crawford counties, the region having a history of sightings! This great sasquatch statuette stood out to me, in an area where people purport frequent activity. I need a camping trip here! #cryptozoology #bigfoot

DOGMAN SIGHTING LOCALE - During my recent Oklahoma DOGMAN "tour" trip, I stopped by the location of the sighting mentioned in Dogman Encounters Radio Episode 517... give it a listen! The area was large, mostly unkempt & connected to a notable river system. #cryptid #cryptozoology

My weekend in Oklahoma "cryptid territory" was certainly interesting... if nothing else! While I can't say that I encountered dogman or bigfoot, the coyotes were active! I played the Sierra Sounds at one point, which shortly after the coyotes became particularly vocal, who knows!

As I celebrate another orbit of our sun, I have to ponder the intellectual abilities of BIGFOOT & their potential acknowledgement of such seemingly human celestial celebratory achievements, aka birthdays! It's likely that they track yearly cycles for survival reasons. #cryptid
