In just the past few months Young Kim has been:
💰 Caught taking campaign cash from a Chinese Communist Party foreign agent under FBI investigation.
💵 Caught hiding her husband’s income on her required disclosures.
✈️ Caught hiding privately paid for foreign travel trips.
Voter ID is not a radical idea. If we need to know who people are when they board a plane or buy booze, we should know who is participating in our democracy. Vote YES on Prop 39 and secure our elections with Voter ID!

Like Xavier Becerra, Young Kim said she would support a new mileage tax. That’s the last thing California families can afford. Sending Young Kim back to Congress will cost you more.
When I talk to families here in the 40th District, they tell me Young Kim’s support for a gas tax increase and a new mileage tax would make their lives even more expensive. I assured them I oppose those costly policies and will fight to lower their cost of living.
My opponent, Young Kim, backs this same Vehicle Miles Traveled tax that would hammer working-class Californians who commute to work.
Young Kim said she'd work with Democrats to raise the gas tax and create a new vehicle-miles-driven tax. That's crazy!
