Nali kapitilemo as a young teacher who had a degree.. only two members of my department had my back.. It was only God otherwise I would have left the first month. They all wanted me to fail.. I kept showing up did my job diligently. Ignored the noise.

Exactly. The work speak for itself. During a comp meeting it's not the visibility, CONFIDENCE, social excellence etc that determines but proof of work and profitability one has singlehandedly brought to the workplace.
