House Democrats are in the fight to bring government back from the brink of authoritarianism. We will shine a light on President Trump's quid pro quo, coin-operated, pay-to-play corruption and renew American government as an instrument for the common good.
Imagine being 10 years into the fake MAGA movement, putting all your apples in one cart, then having the rug pulled, realizing it was all a con. Brutal.

I am a scholar in the failed post civil war reconstruction, and I did my masters thesis on the damage that failure and unaccountable conservatives have done to this country for the last 150yrs to this day, and we are on a precipice here again. America must stop allowing capitalism to preclude democracy, and hold the robber barons, racists, murderers, and corrupt politicians accountable, or this “revolutionary” election doesn’t mean shit.

Dear @FBI and @FBIDirectorKash,
The New York Times @nytimes @debra_kamin just reported that the Alexander brothers’ publicist, Juda Engelmayer @judae, paid writers $15,000 and $10,000 to publish articles attacking the women who accused the brothers of rape. One of those articles suggested the first woman to sue them fabricated her allegations and was a criminal. Engelmayer confirmed the payments. His words: “In this world, everything is pay to play.”
That is a man who represented Harvey Weinstein and Sean Combs explaining that he paid people to call rape victims liars while their case was at trial.
I know this campaign from the inside. In 2024 I sat in the Alexander family’s house and was asked to go after those same women and their lawyer. I said no and went to you. The Times article is what the people who said yes went on to do.
The brothers are serving 30 years. The machine that was built to discredit, intimidate, and silence their victims is still running, and the people who ran it are still being paid.
Paying writers to smear witnesses in a federal sex trafficking case is not public relations. I believe it is part of a coordinated denigration campaign against victims, and I am asking you to treat it that way.
Sincerely,
Everett Stern

Bad policy, bad character make bad politics: erratic tariffs, impulsive Iran war, blanket pardons, apparent corruption, weaponized justice, ICE brutality, mountainous deficits, hiding Epstein, abandoning allies and coddling enemies. Hoping for a course correction, for the country and for my party.

Last night’s Blue Tsunami should’ve been easy for Republicans to see coming. Lies and ignorance are not a leadership style, it’s a cult.
Our nation’s best days are once again in front of us. 🇺🇸

Hearings, subpoenas for Musk, Witkoff, Kushner, Don Jr., Eric, Beach. It should be a C-Span limited series.
This is MAGA’s well-deserved death spiral. They made a mockery of our institutions and turned a blind eye to pure evil. Will take years (decades?) to rebuild.

MAGA, DON’T STORM ANY CAPITOLS WHEN YOU LOSE TODAY. JUST IGNORE IT LIKE YOU DID THE EPSTEIN FILES, RACISM, ICE & CORRUPTION.
