9 days in, here's what came back out of their own ticket export.
Free shipping went out four ways: "$50 during the promotion," "$60 before tax," "at least $50 merchandise subtotal," "$75 or more after discounts." Same season, same macro library.
Return window: 30 days, 45 days, or through January 15.
And one I'd escalate today. One reply says the product contains natural rubber latex. Another says it's latex-free. That isn't a policy preference.
784 tickets got no answer at all.
He quoted every contradiction with a ticket ID, and he won't grade anything until he's seen the live site, the FAQ and the Klaviyo flows. Those are still pending. Their CX lead approves before anything ships.
Everyone's stress testing checkout this month. Nobody's stress testing the answers.

I started by introducing the product and attaching screenshots, the project's URL, the hero Section of the website, key information about the product, and also a reference video.
I also provided the CTA, the UI elements I wanted to see, the overall theme, and the voiceover direction.
From there, I let Pexo work through the different parts of the production process and iterated where necessary.
