❄️Second approach: Anesthesiology support + mechanical ventilation + PEEP. Bronchoscopy with O-6.0/3.0 mm scope + REBUS-guided cryobiopsy of the nodule using a 1.1 mm cryoprobe (3 seconds) + extraction through the working channel. Diagnosis: Pulmonary hamartoma.
The #Hamartoma is the most frequent benign lung tumor. It is of low incidence, may or may not show calcifications or fat density on CT, and has low FDG uptake on PET/CT.
