Stacey Darden died in an area of west Altadena that got the latest evac alerts. A new suit claims the 5:43am alert came too late. East Altadena was evacuated ~11 hours prior. Attorneys called it "a case of digital redlining." @JennyJarvie @TerryCastleman latimes.com/world-nation/sto…
