If you watch people long enough, they’ll tell you exactly who they are. @mayemusk is among the most important and busy people in the world, and yet she doesn’t let that get in the way of spending time like this with people. Not just a quick picture, a quick hand shake, whatever. Truly uninterrupted, dedicated attention to this one person. @elonmusk does this too at events during Q&A, regardless of how big or small the question is. He clearly gets this trait from her. Although not always the rule, I find that it’s mostly people who weren’t handed things in life that are the most gracious. My dad came from nothing and is very much like this too. Even when it’s off to the side, not planned, not a set up moment, she simply does not disappoint, and that’s the quality I love about her the most.
