I just have to use discernment to know who I should share my knowledge with.. bc not everyone deserves to know what you know. Most of them won’t care. Most won’t be receptive. And even more won’t even do their due diligence on what you tell them. They’ll likely just disagree
Ppl who don’t listen to learn but listen to react, but who also know they are hardheaded, they do not receive knowledge well at all. Like, they truly are not receptive to new information.
I’m so grateful I learned of and exercise meditation and experience what it does for me..
Observing ppl who don’t meditate, who don’t practice proper breathing techniques, and who aren’t consciously aware of how they allow themselves 2react 2what doesn’t deserve their attention
