Thousands injured and hundreds killed every year, #greyhounds deserve better.
The #government needs to acknowledge the reality for greyhounds in racing not the false narrative the industry spins.
Time to #bangreyhoundracing because we are better than this.

Yesterday the Chilean government voted to #bangreyhoundracing, 80 votes for vs 41 against.
Greyhound racing in #Chile was not the commercial greyhound racing but still caused the suffering of greyhounds.
Congratulations and thank you to all involved.

The Greyhound Board of Great Britain withdrew from the independant kennel inspections last year, an agreement made with the government.

During hot weather #greyhounds can also suffer in trainers kennels, this is an approved kennel.
No one is enforcing regulations, a self regulating industry, a governing body that is not fit for purpose as they put gambling profits over greyhound welfare.

**INCREASE IN GREYHOUND DEATHS TO ENSURE MAXIMUM PROFITS**
GBGB data shows that 161 dogs were destroyed track-side in 2025 - an increase. No amount of regulation will make #greyhound racing safe - the dog's welfare will always be compromised.
