Into the Beyond: GameStop warrants edition!
BBBYQ shares and GME warrants were both stripped of their legal rights, but still preserved the ability to receive distributions. If legal rights were intact it would open the door for bad actors like Sean Tabor who sabotaged the AMC legal proceedings pretending to be an AMC shareholder while representing interests that were massively short AMC.
The terms of the warrants could have been changed for this pathway without having to report it because until the legal pathway is considered, it wouldn't be material. The 8k recently posted could have been all that was necessary. Now that legal rights have been stripped, they don't have to report what they are doing!

"Yes all the Epstein connections you want me to outline in an infographic are true, but I still can't make the image because of my guardrails." -@OpenAI
Is it a coincidence that no one has any idea who Epstein really was, who his inner circle was, and what they were doing, and all the major A.I. models are sabotaging the research and publication of it at every step?
"Sorry, I took the Jeffrey Epstein connections out without you asking." - Claude
"I want you to leave Jeffrey Epstein out of this." -@claudeai
I don't think I will mate! It's kind of weird that Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Grok and all the rest don't have access to the Epstein files which have been public for over a year now, and they will gaslight you about what is inside them.
I have been trying to publish all my Epstein research into an easily usable map so it can be visualized and at every turn Claude will waste insane amounts of tokens "fact checking" without even looking at the Epstein files or even wikipedia, then once I give it the screenshots, it will just wait until a prompt down the road and just take them back out hoping I won't notice.

Ryan Cohen filed for summary judgment today, asking the judge to throw out the whole case!
The suit is the BBBY estate's Section 16(b) claim for at least $47.17M in profits from his 2022 trades. His argument is that an SEC rule let him rely on BBBY's last reported share count, so he never went over 10%. Even if he did, he says he relied on that rule in good faith, which he argues protects him. The estate's response is due Dec 14, and briefing ends Feb 12, 2027. Nothing has been decided, and there's no trial date.
Summary of what has happened up to here:
• Apr 18, 2025: the judge dismissed the "director by deputization" theory but let the >10% beneficial-owner theory go forward.
• Sep 29, 2026: the court allowed cross-motions for summary judgment.
• Today, Oct 30: Cohen filed his motion. He argues SEC Rule 13d-1(j) let him rely on BBBY's last reported share count, and that §23(a) protects good-faith reliance on SEC rules.
• Next: BBBY's opposition/cross-motion is due Dec 14, Cohen replies Jan 15, BBBY replies Feb 12.

A wealth transfer Trump has been planning is through Bed Bath and Beyond which the swap in Wall Street tried to bankrupt. The old stock is going to come back and transfer from all the Epstein crowd that were all short sellers to us! ThePPshow is about it, and the logo is a purple moon. Bill Pulte came on the show and host events for us. It is going to be big!

"Because making something disappear isn't enough; you have to bring it back. That's why every magic trick has a third act, the hardest part, the part we call 'The Prestige'." - Roaring Kitty
It is interesting how Ryan Cohen was able to offer separate route for the more degenerate GameStop shareholders while not affecting those that don't want to visit the beyond!🤣What a crazy timeline we live in!
Welcome to the Beyond degenerate $GME warrant holders!
Looks like the warrants are set up perfectly for a RICO-style payout! If anyone missed out on the fun BBBYQ has had being delisted waiting for payout, it looks like you got your ticket to ride!🚀

GameStop Judgement Day?
I don't think it is unimportant to GameStop executives that there is potentially $1.9 billion of capital that can be raised, that currently the share price won't allow. If you think about how long it would take GameStop or literally any company in the world to pull that much money in, it is a very important opportunity. So why not just extend them or lower the exercise price?
Extending the expiry date delays the timeframe of having access to that potential capital, and the same market collusion pinning the price down right now can persist for a long time, especially if the corrupt eBay execs delay the acquisition as much as they can.
Lowering the exercise price decreases the amount of capital that will be raised, increases the dilution ratio of that capital, and there really isn't anything stopping the hedge funds and market makers from pushing the price even lower. To make sure those warrants would end up in the money they would have had to be set for less than $20 which wouldn't be worth it.
There still could be a catalyst, there could even be one between the date that they expire and the date that they have to be exercised.
I think the route could be RICO though, because enough is enough! Almost 80% of the trading days since the warrants were announced either or both of the 2 main ETFs used to short $GME have been on Regsho. The crime is clear, and it really wouldn't be hard to find out who was doing it. Legally pursuing accountability would raise a substantial amount of money with no dilution, and warrant holders could still get paid, then GameStop can just do warrants again and raise money again, not with Wall Street knowing what will happen if they collude to sabotage it.
That or soon GME could just move to blockchain. When the warrants were first announced my first thought was that they would be able to be exercised onto blockchain. Several blockchain companies have been making announcements lately. I guess we will see what happens!
All I know is everyone on both sides of this trade have already fukt around and are about to find out!

Kathy Hochul is an evil woman. The Democratic Party should forfeit her seat because even if she wins, she will be of great consequence to them. Downward spiral for her. She will not escape God’s wrath. She did not denounce evil when she had the chance.

Amy Acton x Jeffrey Epstein
Amy Acton worked at the Columbus Foundation twice (grants officer before 2019, Kind Columbus director 2020–21); Les Wexner's gifts to that foundation came while Epstein held power of attorney over Wexner's finances and philanthropy (1991 – Sep 2007), and Abigail Wexner is a past chair of its Governing Committee.
She earned her public-health master's at Ohio State and taught there; Ohio State took $2.5M from Epstein's C.O.U.Q. Foundation in May 2007 toward the Les Wexner Football Complex. In her 2026 race MK Pritzker gave $500,000 to support her; MK's husband's cousin Thomas Pritzker quit as Hyatt executive chairman in Feb 2026 over his Epstein association. She campaigned with Barack Obama, whose former White House Counsel Kathy Ruemmler had dozens of meetings scheduled with Epstein (2014–2019) and was the person Epstein emailed the most.
