Looks like Bambu has solved the multiple nozzle size into one slice/print, problem. I’d expect this will benefit the H2C too.
Do I pick 0.2 or 0.4? YES.

Today I'm launching 3MF Translator to the world 🚀 It's what I've been hard at work on, and I'm proud of how it turned out.
3MF Translator 1.0: 3D Printing's Universal Translator.
Ever found a project made for someone else's slicer and printer? A MakerWorld project set up for a Bambu Lab printer when you print on a Prusa, or a PrusaSlicer project when you use SnapOrca?
Until now that meant exporting the parts, rebuilding the project in your own slicer, assigning every filament again, redoing the color changes and hoping the settings matched. Then doing it all again for your next printer.
3MF Translator does it for you. Open the .3mf, pick your printers, click Translate, and get a native project for each one, with the plates, filaments, colors and settings already in place.
What it does:
• Native projects, not just meshes. Plates, objects and parts, filament assignments and colors, color changes, height range modifiers and your print settings, written in the target slicer's own format with your printer's own presets.
• Every printer you own in one click. Save each printer once, group them in tabs like "Shop" and "Farm", and one Translate makes a ready project for all of them.
• Fits your filament slots. Eight colors and a four-slot AMS? Reorder, merge and recolor the filaments to match your AMS, CFS, MMU or tool changer. Color changes follow.
• Plates that fit your bed. Translate every plate or only the ones you pick. It warns you when a plate won't fit, and Rotate 90° turns the plates when that makes them fit.
• See it first. Every plate in 3D, in its filament colors with the color changes.
• Opens in the right slicer when it's done.
Twelve slicers, both ways:
Bambu Studio, Orca Slicer, Snapmaker Orca, Creality Print, Anycubic Slicer Next, Elegoo Slicer, Flash Studio Desktop, QIDI Studio, PrusaSlicer, QIDISlicer, SuperSlicer and UltiMaker Cura.
Windows, macOS and Linux. Your files never leave your computer, and your original file is never changed.
One purchase with a year of updates, and your version keeps working after that.
HueForge 3MF Export Plugin owners save 10%, applied automatically at checkout.

Dear customers,
We’ve heard from a number of you recently that the gears on your AMS 2 Pro Feeder Units are wearing out faster than expected.
After digging into the issue, we found that a batch of AMS 2 Pro Feeder Units made between May and July 2026 didn’t get enough grease coverage during production, which is causing this faster wear. The good news is there’s no such issue with units we’re selling on official stores right now.
We know this is frustrating, and we’re so sorry for the hassle this has caused you. We can’t say for sure exactly how many units are affected, so we’re making it right for everyone in this batch to make sure no one gets stuck with a problem down the line. Here’s what we’re doing for you:
- 4 brand new AMS 2 Pro Feeder Units, on us. We’re covering all the cost of the parts and shipping, so you don’t have to pay a cent. Right now we’re getting all the parts prepped, so the new units will be sent out in batches over the next 3-5 weeks. If your current feeder is still working fine, you can keep using it until the new ones arrive, then check how worn your old one is before you decide to swap it out.
- $20 discount code for your next Bambu Lab purchase. The exact amount will match the equivalent value for your local currency.
- Extended warranty for your new feeders. When you get the new units, your 3-month warranty will start fresh from the day you receive them. Swapping out the feeders yourself won’t affect the warranty on the rest of your AMS, either.
We’ve already sent a message with step-by-step replacement instructions to everyone in this batch through MakerWorld and Bambu Handy. If you didn’t get that message but think your AMS 2 Pro might be part of this group, you can check the wiki guide to confirm.
We’re really sorry again for the inconvenience this has caused you, and we’re working hard to make sure this kind of issue never happens again. If you have any questions, please reach out to our support team and we’ll help you sort it out.
For full details and information on the service program, please refer to the Bambu Lab Wiki: wiki.bambulab.com/en/ams-2-p…
Thanks for being patient with us!

Bambu is doing it right. +1 more tool over the competitor.
To be honest, this could be bad news for INDX equipped systems if they execute this well (and they usually do..)

That last line is the one that bears repeating. Don’t ship things that you don’t at least have a high-level understanding of, it almost never works out.
The "whiteboard defense:" I should be able to pull you aside at any moment and ask you to explain any customer-facing system you've shipped. You should be able to clearly explain how it works and defend the decisions you made. This is my benchmark for responsible AI usage.
I don't expect line-level familiarity with the code. I don't care if you remember the exact function name or implementation detail. You may not even know it. I don't care.
But if I ask "why did you do X instead of Y?", "what happens if this actor behaves maliciously?", "what data structure did you use here and why?", or "where does this fail?" you should be able to answer confidently.
For PoCs, demos, experiments, whatever: I don't care. Generate 100% of it and understand none of it. Speed over quality every time in those specific scenarios.
But if you're shipping customer-facing work, you can't be shipping things you don't understand at a high level.

After co-inventing ChatGPT, I kept asking myself: why have superhuman chat models not led to AGI?
I’ve spent the last 2 years in stealth building a new way to train models (RLCD), and a new type of frontier AI model that we are releasing today: Jev
• 20-200x faster
• 40-400x cheaper (w/ output tokens free)
• Frontier composable intelligence optimized for decisions
AFAICT the shortest path to AI-based economic revolution
Tested out the Wireless Inductive Coil kit from @BambulabGlobal Maker Supply. It is so cool and enables so many new options to include into 3D printable designs. I got some cool ideas already 😊.
I wish I could buy another pair of @headamame Precision headphones, but the shipping costs and import tariffs are brutal and more than I’m willing to spend right now. My son has pretty much claimed mine, so I’m back to using crappy headphones whenever I play my digital piano.

We’re always looking for ways to make the CryoGrip Pro experience even better, and this clever design from Professional3D definitely caught our eye. 😎
Meet the 𝐀𝐫𝐔𝐜𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫 — a simple add-on designed for CryoGrip Pro to help with build plate recognition and alignment.
After talking with the creator and putting it through some real-world testing, we think it’s a pretty neat community solution. 😊

🖨 Black + white filament works best
🔥 ASA is recommended; PETG works well for lower-temp use
⚠ Avoid matte, CF, and GF filaments
And we’re not stopping here. 🌟
We’re also working with the creator on a more convenient clip-on version of the ArUco Marker. Stay tuned! 👀

Three years ago I uploaded my first design and refreshed the page more than I should admit.
What I did not expect was the photos. Your Starry Night in a colour I would never have picked. A Great Wave next to a kitchen window. Orbit Echo lit up on someone's nightstand, three time zones away. I design a thing once; you make it hundreds of times, and every one is slightly yours.
Three years, one design almost every week, and a catalogue that grew in the direction you pushed it.
To say thank you, every tier on my Patreon is half price for the first month this week. Code TCM2Y, link in bio, until Thursday 10 September, CEST.
Year four is already on the build plate.

Just saw The Mandalorian and Grogu movie on @DisneyPlus and I must say, I'm not impressed. This movie could have been a episode on the TV show. This is some weak storytelling.
