In 2022 I moderated Wallchain Labs' crypto community of more than 1,000 members. It needed support around the clock, and no single person can be awake for all of that.
So over the years I've focused on building the parts that keep a community going without me. At Apehattan City, I led and trained the moderator team so they could handle things with confidence. In several communities, I've built Telegram bots that take care of the repetitive work so people can spend their time on real conversations.
That's what I mean when I say I build Web3 communities that run without daily hand-holding. I've done this across more than 66 communities over four years.
