I’m proud and excited to announce that I have accepted an offer to become the new site expert for @BloggingDirty effective September 1st!
I will remain a contributor with @GMENHQ but I am sad to announce that I’ll be leaving @TheJetPress to pursue this opportunity.
Thank you to everyone who’s helped me along this journey, I am incredibly excited for what’s to come. Rise Up!
Tommy Rees is much better at scheming up the pass than the run. Quite simply.
Would imagine this is in correspondence with James Pearce Jr.'s activation.
Hope Ivey is retained on the PS. He was solid.
Falcons before Week 8: 88.9 rushing yards allowed per game (4th in NFL)
Falcons after Week 8: 118.3 rushing yards allowed per game (19th in NFL)
Was the hot start fool's gold?
Oh brother
Stefanski on Folk: Very confident in Nick's abilities. Won't think twice about putting him out there. #Falcons
At this point you stick with Folk. Only $1.25M in dead cap if cut this offseason compared to $4 million in season.

Falcons HC Kevin Stefanski says WR Zachariah Branch and DE Samson Ebukam have hamstring injuries that will keep them out of the Week 9 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
This shouldn't be a hot take, but I'm riding with Michael Penix Jr., even after yeserday.
If you seriously think the #Falcons are better off starting Andy Dalton or Tua Tagovailoa, you are just rooting for him to fail atp.
Development is not linear and there are still things to clean up, but he's largely looked like a franchise guy this year.
Right now there is no better option. You can look into 2027 QBs, but no one in that class except Mestemaker and maybe Sellers moves me.
Patience.
We know Penix still has a lot to work on, and in the first year of a new regime, it was meant to be a transition season.
More cap space, more draft capital next offseason. Falcons are better set up to compete in 2027 than 2026.

Thanks for watching with us. I try to be measured on a week-to-week basis but impossible with this one. Humiliating, inexcusable performance that can't be justified, and the Falcons once again make history in the worst way possible.
Just a rough, rough Sunday

I’ve had time to reflect and think
I’m out on Tommy Rees
I’m in on Jeff Ulbrich
I’m in on Kevin Stefanski as of now
I’m in on Michael Penix Jr
I will not be taking any questions at this time

The Falcons went 0-for-12 on third down today, which includes six instances of third-and-2 or shorter.
They were 3-for-6 on fourth downs & gained eight total first downs.
Now that the Colts have scored a touchdown, the Falcons are the only team today who has yet to score a point today.
Baker Mayfield has TWO pass attempts man.. all the Bucs have really done is take advantage of the Falcons' mistakes.

Atlanta's defense has done a great job keeping the team in this one today. Really tough to come by any explosive plays, and the Falcons have hunkered down well on their side of the field.
Offense needs to find a formula that works for them to close out the first half.
