I lost another brother to mental health this week. Eric was one of the best human beings I’ve ever met. He was kind, loving, and very selfless, the type to give you the shirt off his back, but like so many of us, wearing his smile as a mask to appear happy on the outside while suffering and hurting on the inside. It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes by Robin Williams, “I think the saddest people always try their hardest to make people happy. Because they know what it feels like to feel absolutely worthless and they don’t want anyone else to feel like that.” That was Eric. He would do anything for the people around him and never ask for anything in return. Rest in peace my brother. I’m going to miss you so much. We all love you, we’ll take care of your family, and we’ll make sure your legacy carries on. 🙏🏼❤️

My first week out of the hospital back in the gym and out in public and the amount of people that have come up to me asking me how I’m doing, giving me hugs, happy that I’m ok is amazing. That along with all the love and prayers from all of you online is a blessing. Thank you.

The woman I called out in my last video left this comment after I posted being rushed to the hospital for my heart. She threatened to sue me for defamation of character and said all I do is “bully black women” after I called her out for filming a stranger in the gym to post online and make fun of him.
