I recently read Holding Fast in Heavy Seas by Admiral @GallaudetTim it’s a fantastic book on leadership and the development of a life/career to the highest levels of the US Navy. Leadership goes in all directions on the ladder, through humility and commitment to excellence much can be achieved.
