This actually sounds so much more interesting than everything that the DCU is doing all combined 😭
Ben Affleck’s scrapped ‘THE BATMAN’ movie would have featured:
• Deathstroke killing Commissioner Gordon
• Batgirl’s debut
• Deathstroke taking Alfred hostage
• A revenge plot against Batman over his son’s death

I don't think I ever saw this. Sickening how they claim Zack turned to Whedon to convince him to finish the movie when Zack never wanted him involved in the first place. I will never support this studio again no matter who is running it.

Ben Affleck says Warner Bros. used Zack Snyder's family tragedy as an "excuse" to replace him on 'Justice League'.
Affleck called the Whedon reshoots "the low point of my career" and said,
"Somebody's death by suicide eclipses everything. The way that was used as an excuse was one of the shittiest things I've ever seen. It was so gross."

I love how much Ben still loves Zack despite every idiot that tries to change the narrative around their relationship.
Ben Affleck criticizes the studio “tensions” over which version of Zack Snyder’s “Justice League” to release:
“It’s a very bad way, in my opinion, to make a movie because it doesn’t work well by committee. I think that was a little bit of what happened on that movie, and [Snyder] deftly navigated that in a fun way. That was very satisfying, particularly since that was such a hard movie to do. It was really nice to see him feel gratified to get to do his vision of the movie.”
