Actor Naseeruddin Shah has said, he is proud to be a “dimagi Naxal”.
Naseeruddin is a great actor. But being a good actor does not give him the license to deliver an anti-national dialogue.
He has the right to criticize the government, but what can he gain by extending support to those who shout slogans for breaking the country?
Shah, as an artiste, has the right to express his opinion freely, but what is the rationale behind claiming to be a ‘dimagi Naxal’?
Naxals living in the forests have already been eliminated. Now, those living in cities, spreading anarchy and talking about tearing the country apart, will be held accountable.
This should be done democratically. Naseeruddin Shah must understand this clearly.

VIDEO | Kolkata, West Bengal: A day after TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee warned that no police officer would be spared for "implicating its workers in false cases" if the party comes to power, West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari claimed that the parliamentarian was making incoherent statements owing to "sodium-potassium imbalance".
Maintaining that one of Banerjee's aides arrested by the police has spilt the beans against him, Adhikari alleged that the MP must have got the news and lost balance.
"He (Banerjee) must be suffering from sodium-potassium imbalance. Let him go to New York (for treatment); we will give the necessary NOC (no objection certificate)," the chief minister said when asked about the Diamond Harbour MP's comment.
Adhikari was speaking at the BJP office in Salt Lake here before a 'Janata Darbar' (people's court) held by him to hear the grievances of the public.

Winter level temperatures in north India!
Maximum temperatures were 8 to 13°c below normal as cloud cover and showers were persistent under the influence of remnant of #CycloneArnab & WD interaction.
National capital #Delhi reported 20.7°c maximum temperatures i.e -10.3°c below normal.
Temperatures will go up tomorrow onwards as sunny conditions will make a comeback however would still remain 2-4°c normal over the weekend.
