I feel awful suggesting this but with our mothers new B-pap machine costing more than expected, we are out of money. Our mom lives PERMANENTLY on oxygen, she has COPD and is at risk. She had two heart attacks in 2020.

Wow, @AmericanAir! Must feel great to put it in your customer’s asses all the time with no repercussions. Weather is excusable for two of the FOUR different flights that screwed me over but glad you have determined NOT HAVING FUEL ON YOUR PLANE is weather’s fault.
Oh, and that a plane sitting around for two hours and no one bothering to check the computer on board is also someone WEATHER’S fault.
