Happy #NationalCoachesDay to all of the fantastic coaches that are changing lives on and off the athletic courts, fields, rinks and more. Today and everyday, we are thankful for what you do!

Every athlete’s recruitment path runs on its own timeline but the key to unlocking options is always the same: getting ahead of the process before the gym fills up. A couple weeks/months/years sound like a long time, but in high-level athletic placement, it moves fast. No matter where your athlete is on their journey, starting the strategy early is what creates the smoothest experience and the most potential placement options. Don’t wait until the gym fills up to figure out your athlete’s path. Let’s map out what your student-athletes personal timeline looks like together. We are here to help. #ThePrepConnection #PrepSchool #StudentAthlete #EarlyPlanning #PrepSchoolPlacement

Steve took the time to educate us on the entire process, explain the differences between schools and programs, and provide honest, thoughtful advice that helped us make informed decisions for our son’s future. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to answer every question gave us confidence during what initially felt like an overwhelming journey.  Thanks to Steve’s guidance, our son was accepted into outstanding post-graduate basketball programs that aligned with both his academic and athletic goals. We are incredibly grateful for his support." The best thing I ever did for a student-athlete wasn't find them a school. It was find them the right coach. There's a difference between a program that accepts your athlete and a program where your athlete thrives. The roster spot matters but the coaching relationship is what actually shapes what happens next. A coach who understands your child's game, pushes them in the right direction academically, and has the college connections to pick up the phone and vouch for them personally- that is the difference between a good placement and a life-changing one. That's what I look for when I'm working on your athlete's behalf. Not just a spot in a program. The right program. 📲 Ready to find the right coach? From day one, Steve demonstrated an incredible level of knowledge, attention to detail and thoroughness. He truly took the time to get to know our family and our son, listening carefully to what our son was looking for in a competitive baseball program and tailoring the search specifically to his athletic and academic goals. Steve conducted an exhaustive search of 20+ schools, expertly helping us navigate the process to narrow them down to a final four, and ultimately guiding us to our final decision. What really set Steve apart, though, was his incredible accessibility and friendly demeanor. He was always willing to talk and made us feel like we were his top priority every step of the way.
