Sometimes I just can't do SaaS 24/7. I started out in the airline industry so that's still in my blood.
Here's a new site I created to track your favorite travel brands.
I'm an American (PHX; was United at DIA) and a Marriott guy.

Before going into DD, audit your data. I'm finding simple mistakes.
Also, this will help your AI analysis stay on track.
FP&A friends, even with AI, you need to know how to use it in an FP&A sense. AI won't make you a better analyst if you are not trained on FP&A fundamentals.
Can anyone compete against Carta? I have to pull Pulley from my tech stack report.
Next survey opens in Q4. I think we'll see a lot of change this year.
One good thing with vibe coding. Creating something that would never be built.
I created an ad performance app for my newsletter advertisers.
They can see the firmographics of who clicks on their ad.
The pic below is a new report that will show ad slot performance over 3 months to prove that ads are getting ROI.

Doing some cool stuff with my MCP. You can do this too. What if a top equity analyst covered your company? What would the say? How would they value it?
Gotta have some fun here. @Kellblog just wrapped my Citation jet. Delivery coming soon.
Might need my logo on the tail too just to be safe.
No this is not AI screenshot trickery. You can vibe code your own dashboards and then put them into production.
I'm starting to get cheap. I've been using Anthropic models with OpenClaw.
Switching to Gemini. I wasn't too impressed with Anthropic in OpenClaw. Lots of mistakes.
There was one software vertical that stood out in the 107 pricing pages.
For outcome-based pricing, customer support lends itself to this pricing model.
Developer tools also showed a preference for metered and hybrid pricing models.
In total, only 1 in 9 were outcome-based pricing. It's a wide-open pricing field right now.
Hybrid pricing led the pack, but no one category reached more than 28% pricing market share.

Whenever I create a new Excel file, I am compelled to name it "v1". Just does not feel right without a version number.
Let's keep it rolling. Let's talk 2026 AI pricing trends.
