Today, most Americans are free from want, and yet too often we waste our creative potential in second-guessing ourselves and our values.

The Lumbee story is one of faith, family, and hard work — of people who built churches, farms, and schools and never stopped believing in a better future for their children.

Where does Whatley stand on Flock?
“You don’t leave your Fourth Amendment rights at home when you get in your car and head to work or the store.”
That’s what Michael Whatley said when I asked him about Flock cameras.
“Clear guidelines and protections have to be in place. There’s already litigation around this.”
A lot of us have been saying the same thing. Whatley could’ve pulled a Cooper and avoided the tough questions.
He didn’t.

SECRETARY RUBIO: Though passions may, at times, have strained the bonds of affection between the United States and Europe, it must not be allowed to break them. Together, we must strengthen an alliance capable of confronting the threats of our age.
Last month, Secretary Kennedy traveled to Jamul, California, to meet with the Secretary’s Tribal Advisory Committee (STAC) and hear directly from Tribal leaders about the health priorities facing their communities.
During the visit, Secretary Kennedy also swore in Mark Cruz, a citizen of the Klamath Tribes, as the 12th Senate-confirmed Director of Indian Health Service.
Director Cruz now leads a health system serving approximately 2.8 million American Indians and Alaska Natives, with a focus on strengthening Tribal consultation, expanding access to high-quality care, and modernizing the Indian health system.
