Crowdsourcing here: Is there a way to incorporate a few "play-in" games without disrupting the postseason calendar?

While there's a part of me that's saddened and hates this for the collective sport, I'm beginning to embrace this future as the fan of a G6 program. The divide between P4 and G6 is so large now that the days of a Boise State or UCF upset are long gone. Nowadays, if you're a Memphis, you're either finishing undefeated/highest one-loss team with the reward of getting absolutely smacked in the CFP or you're losing one or two games and falling all the way to the Birmingham Bowl. Neither represent the way those teams want to finish a worthy regular season. Maybe a 24-team playoff makes life more interesting for the G6, but we all know they aren't going to be given many more slots (and even then would it change the results?). This at least gives better and more entertaining matchups in the postseason with a title that's realistic for those involved.

Since it very well could be Dillon Duff's debut as K-State's starter this weekend, I'm resurrecting this interview we did with @duff_dillon ahead of his senior season at De Smet. Sheds some light on who he is as a person and as a competitor. Eager to watch him get his chance to shine! youtu.be/paB44txE-hE?si=47kY…

Though he isn't ready to make recruiting cuts just yet, one nearby P4 program has done enough for @IsraelJohnigan to publicly cement their place near the top of his list. Big weekend awaits for @MozeeJ43 and #GBR as they continue to separate themselves from the pack!

I swear, the amount of times I open these graphs, regardless of the creator or data, and find K-State somewhere in the center. Topic rarely matters. Just always perfectly medium - never too bad, never too good. Rinse and repeat.
Who has played better lately?

Coaches: Don't overthink it! @EEndsley3 is a DUDE and the 2027 recruit continues to prove that as @PHSRaiders prepare for a Class 3 playoff run in District 7. Roll the 📽️ and send out the offer! 📨

Compensation update; The Seahawks are sending a 2027 third-round pick and 2028 fifth-round round pick to the Colts in exchange for Quenton Nelson.

😱😱😱😍😍😍😎😎😎
Trade: Colts have agreed to send eight-time Pro-Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks, per me and @rapsheet. Nelson is on an expiring contract and the Colts are opting to get back draft capital now before they could lose him in free agency. But an all-time Colt now moves on to the Seahawks.

College coaches who could still use a jolt of electricity at the wide receiver position in 2027, I would encourage you to look into @centerjacketfb senior @ryland_russell2. 6'1 playmaker is Top 10 among all Class 3 receivers in yards, averaging almost 19 per catch with 9 TDs. ⚡️

Recruiting continues to heat up for @IsraelJohnigan, as the 2028 TE just picked up an offer from Notre Dame. So how do local powers, K-State and KU, stack up so far? The @centerjacketfb product chatted with us about his connection with both the Wildcats and Jayhawks.

Per ESPN Research, the Seahawks are the first team since the 1984 Browns to hold their first seven opponents under 180 passing yards. They're allowing a league-low 3.99 yards per play, which is the fewest through seven games by any team since the 2019 Patriots (3.96).

Can I just say how happy I am that I don’t have to hear this forced Ken Walker narrative anymore now that the game is done. There’s no ill will! It was never that deep. It was a business choice on both sides, not some middle finger breakup. We stay rooting for K9 vs. everyone else!
