You know $XLM has a BIG future when Stellar CEO Denelle Dixon is talking like THIS.
Her message on the CLARITY Act caught me because it flips the usual story completely.
She isn’t waiting for regulation to suddenly convince institutions to use blockchain.
According to Dixon:
“The floodgates have already opened.”
That matters.
Goldman, JPMorgan and Citadel are already running live blockchain trading tests.
The SEC and CFTC are already engaged with the industry as this moves forward.
And Stellar itself has gone from roughly $1B to nearly $4B in tokenized real-world assets since January.
That’s almost 4X in the same year.
So Dixon’s argument for CLARITY is different.
The institutions are already coming.
The assets are already being tokenized.
The activity has already started.
What CLARITY can do is give that progress something much harder to reverse if political control changes and the White House flips in 2028.
That part really matters to me.
You don’t want the future of tokenized finance depending on which administration happens to be in power.
You want rules that survive the political cycle.
And while Washington works on making that permanent, Stellar is already approaching $4B in real-world assets onchain.
That’s what makes me so bullish on $XLM.
This isn’t a story about waiting for the starting gun.
According to Denelle Dixon, the race already started.
CLARITY Act would help make sure nobody can easily send it backwards.

Stellar went from roughly $9M to nearly HALF A BILLION in tokenized non-U.S. government debt.

That progression deserves way more attention.
Late 2025, the chart was barely off the floor.
Then the numbers started climbing.
$9M → $24M → $266M → $557M
And as of August 2026, Stellar still sits around $489.8M and remains the #1 network for non-U.S. government debt tokenization.
For me, the important word here is not “token.”
It’s government debt.
These are the financial instruments countries use to borrow and finance themselves.
Now pieces of that market are being brought onto blockchain rails.
And Stellar has led this category since February.
Think about how different that is from the usual crypto conversation.
People spend all day debating candles.
Meanwhile an entirely different financial market is quietly becoming digital.
Most of the world doesn’t operate only in U.S. dollars.
So if tokenization keeps spreading globally, the opportunity isn’t limited to American Treasuries.
There are governments, currencies and debt markets all over the world that can eventually be represented onchain.
That’s why this chart hits differently for me.
$XLM isn’t only attached to the idea of faster payments anymore.
I’m watching Stellar establish itself in the infrastructure where real sovereign financial assets are being digitized.
Nearly $490M already.
Still #1.
And this category has barely had time to develop.
That’s the $XLM story I think deserves a lot more eyes.
