Being the LoP @RahulGandhi, I suggest you refrain from politicising every issue. Also, casually labelling commercial and legal matters as criminal is unacceptable.
You have repeatedly decried the successes of Indian industry & our entrepreneurs. Now, are you trying to incite our business leaders to join you in spreading distrust & toxicity?
For decades, your party had smothered the spirit of the Indian entrepreneurs under the stifling ‘Licence-Quota Raj’ & inflicted poverty on crores of Indians.
On the other hand, our government led by PM @narendramodi values the Indian industry as job creators & drivers of economic growth. Our policies have been tailored to enable enterprise, support industry and encourage investment.
Political parties, leaders, governments and institutions share an equal responsibility to support our industry, strengthen our farmers and secure the future of our youth.
Therefore, it is essential to engage constructively rather than casting baseless aspersions to suit your narrow political motives.
The Constitution of India ensures justice to all its citizens & our Honourable Courts are entrusted with upholding it. History is witness to the shoddy manner in which you, your party and the PMs belonging to your party have demeaned the judiciary.
So Rahul ji, refrain from seeing ghosts everywhere.

Former SC judge AS Oka is speaking on Judicial Accountability.
His Judgements:
1. Thwaha Fasal v. Union of India (2021)
- Justice OKA granted bail to Thwaha Fasal and Allan Shuaib arrested under UAPA saying "Mere association or support to terror organisation, not sufficient to attract UAPA".
2. Granted Bail to UAPA accused Asim Kumar Haranath
3. Granted bail to Javed Ahmad Hajam who shared Pro-Pak and Anti-India posts.
4. Granted bail to UAPA accused Athar Parwez and Jalaluddin Khan, member of banned PFI and from whom documents like "India 2047: Towards Rule of Islamic India" was recovered and money trail found.
Corruption Cases:
1. K. Shanthamma v. State of Telangana
- Tainted notes were recovered from Commercial Tax Officer. Trial Court and High Court convicted her under PMLA.
- SC Justice Oka said although cash was recovered but it wasn't 'Reliably' proved that she demanded bribe. So her Conviction was Overturned.
2. Soundarajan v. State
- Similar case, caught with cash but released
3. Anil Tuteja, a retired IAS officer accused in the alleged Chhattisgarh liquor scam released on bail
Political Cases:
- DMK minister V. Senthil Balaji granted bail in corruption case.
- Sheikh Sufiyan, Election Agent of Mamata Banerjee in Nandigram 2021 was granted bail in murder and post poll violence.
- Granted bail to Abdul Sathar, a former Kerala state-level PFI leader accused in the conspiracy case concerning the 2022 murder of RSS worker Sreenivasan in Palakkad.
