In 2020, at the @F1 Styrian Grand Prix, Stephanie Travers became the first black woman to stand on the Formula 1 podium. As Trackside Fluid Engineer for @MercedesAMGF1, Steph was responsible for analysing all fluids within the car over a race weekend. To celebrate #NationalEngineeringDay, we spoke to Steph about what inspired her to pursue engineering, that special moment with @LewisHamilton, and the work we're is doing to drive change and inspire the next generation of talented engineers from around the world.
