Keep getting emails about being owed a $14 refund from @Nationwide. Is this legit? They want me to set up banking info for a “fast, free, convenient refund”. You know what’s faster and more convenient and won’t risk being scammed, credit it towards my next bill. Problem solved.

C’mon @cvspharmacy I scheduled a covid vaccine. Get here. Am told I can’t get the vaccine because your system isn’t set up yet for cash paying /Uninsured customer. You have it. I want to hand you cash. But you can’t do it. (I checked “no insurance” in app when I set appointment)
Waste of time. Plus I made sure to not schedule any gigs tomorrow as I know how my body reacts on day 2. So now your blunder is costing me even more. Get your app right. Get your systems updated. How the eff do you have a product you can’t sell to customers paying with cash?
