🚨BREAKING: Reform UK has forced through 72-HOUR fly-tipping clearance across our borough. At Full Council, our motion passed to cut clearance times from around 5–7 days to just 72 hours, alongside better reporting and plans for a dedicated community Facebook page to flag problem areas quickly. The Conservatives voted against it. Hilarious. Reform UK will keep focusing on the basics residents actually notice… cleaner streets, faster action and better frontline services. When you vote Reform, you get REFORM.

Last week Labour finally joined Reform in calling for an M4 Relief Road. Today, the Chancellor didn't mention the Relief Road once. Only Reform will build the M4 Relief Road.

MPs HECKLE me as I suggest cuts to foreign aid. Why is it so controversial to demand we put the British people first?

Labour and the Tories. Two sides of the same coin.
🚨 NEW: Tory MP calls Robert Jenrick a "Neanderthal" for backing cuts to £6 Billion spent on foreign aid. • Tory MP Andrew Mitchell has described Jenrick as a “Neanderthal” in the House of Commons over his support for reducing the UK’s foreign aid budget. • The response came following a question from Jenrick to Labour's Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband. "How would he justify to working people and pensioners spending £6 billion on foreign aid whilst freezing the tax-free person allowance and cutting the state pension?" • Miliband backed up the Tory, by replying with "I would say to him, I think the answer came from the person who used to be in his party, the party he used to be in, which is that the money we spend on foreign aid is absolutely about preventing the problems from elsewhere in the world coming here."

Labour and the Tories opened the floodgates to millions of migrants from across the world. Reform will achieve net negative migration, deport every illegal migrant and reverse this madness. End of.

Calling someone a "Neanderthal" for suggesting we stop sending £6 Billion abroad while our own people are hammered by record taxes and failing public services tells you everything about the modern Conservative Party.  @AndrewmitchMP and the Tories would rather look after everyone else on the planet before the hard-working British taxpayers who pay their wages.  They think you're uncultured for wanting your money spent on our NHS, our roads, and our own communities. The Tories haven't changed. They're still run by the same out-of-touch, high-tax globalists. Charity begins at home. Britain needs @reformparty_uk 🩵

Has your life improved in the last 100 days? In any way? Have your bills gone down? Do you feel richer? Safer? Has your local community improved at all? For the average person, the answer is a resounding NO. Burnham is making tweaks as broken Britain slides further into terminal decline. He’s a talker, not a doer. He hasn’t changed the country one bit so far, and isn’t going to. We need fundamental change - and that's what I will bring. In our first 100 days, we will: Put the Royal Navy in the Channel and stop the boats forever. Begin the mass exit of over 1 million people who illegally entered Britain. We will make it impossible to live here illegally, so many will leave voluntarily. But, make no mistake, the deportation of those who don’t will be enforced. We will increase your tax-free personal allowance from £12,570 to £15,000 to keep money in your pocket. We’ll reduce your annual energy bills by £250. We’ll charge NO interest on loans for nursing students, lift the cap on medical school places and cut student loan issuance by 20%. If my ministers fail to deliver, I'll sack them. Simple as. The stakes have never been higher. It's time we have a government that acts like it.

19 council areas house more than ten times as many asylum seekers as they have homeless households in temporary accommodation. In one part of Lancashire, 423 ‘asylum seekers’ are housed while only 14 homeless households are in temporary accommodation. 74,000 ‘asylum seekers’ - the equivalent of a town the size of Woking - were being housed across England as of the end of June. Reform will end the asylum system and deport all those the Tories and Labour allowed to break into our country. We will put BRITISH people first.

Official figures out this morning report that last month, the UK government borrowed £24.5 billion. But the fineprint shows that almost £11 billion of that extra borrowing went on debt interest payments. That's more than £400 per household on debt service costs, in September alone. So far during this financial year, from April to September, the government's debt interest payments amount to £61 billion. Now, this number will barely feature in UK newspapers and across our airwaves. It may be mentioned in passing in out-of-the-way business sections, or on the odd business bulletin. But this huge debt interest bill won't register with the vast majority of our political and media class, or impact the national debate. Let me explain why that's so wrong and so dangerous ... £61 billion is a massive amount of money. It's equivalent to the UK's entire annual defence budget – the money we're paying, increasingly to foreign creditors, simply to service our national debt for six months, not to pay any of it back. £61 billion is equivalent to the money you'd raise over a year from adding a whopping 7 pence to the basic rate of income tax. For £61 billion, you could build around 40 large, state-of-the-art hospitals, or employ more than 100 thousand extra nurses for ten years. £61 billion would pay for free-at-the-point of use social care for everyone who needs it in the UK, for an entire year – three times over. Again, this is the debt interest bill on Britain's spiralling national debt – now more than 3 trillion pounds – over the last six months alone. The UK's public finances are close to meltdown – yet so many MPs and journalists continue blithely to view ever more public spending and borrowing as the answer to every problem. Those who highlight the dangers post by our hugely precarious national accounts are dismissed as cranks, ideologues or worse. But basic arithmetic has no ideology. And there is nothing "progressive" or "kind" or "right-on" about driving the UK ever closer to the fiscal cliff edge, provoking a crisis that will make the "austerity" years of the 2010s feel like a picnic, a crisis in which poorer households will suffer the most. Yes, Britain's national debt is lower than that of France. But because our borrowing has been rising so sharply, and because we're so prone to inflation, our debt service costs are much higher. The UK is spending a disgraceful 3.6pc of GDP on public debt interest, while France spends less than 2.5pc. Endless airtime and column inches are devoted to spurious conversations about a billion or two of additional "fiscal headroom" we may or may not have in three years' time. And, of course, any "extra headroom" is immediately pledged in new spending – which means yet more borrowing. These conversations are a waste of time – and, in fact, are deeply counterproductive. Three-year fiscal forecasts, even one- and two-year forecasts, routinely turn out to be askew by tens of billions of pounds. I'm not saying we don't need fiscal rules - we do, but we need more immediate rules, which actually bite, acting as a meaningful constraint on out-of-control borrowing and spending. Instead, political and media sages present the nation with spuriously precise discussions about fictional fiscal outcomes way into the future – using rules which are deliberately designed to kick arithmetic realities into the long grass .... An increasingly expensive, over-bearing, out of control state is not the answer to Britain problems. But unless we change course, it will certainly be our downfall. Please like/share if you think what I'm saying is important – and if fiscal realities should feature more prominently in our national debate.
