Satoshi doesn't have "a wallet."
I keep saying this.
He has 22,000 addresses.
Each one is locked by a separate and unique 256-bit private key.
Binance got hacked through a person
who had a laptop.
Satoshi's coins are protected by math.
Math doesn't open email attachments.

we're still early in 13F filings for BTC ETFs... most large asset managers and RIAs don't file until right up before the due date (nov 16)
but we're already seeing some of the longer term money adding in Q3. SIGFIG WEALTH MGMT (advisor) is a new brand new filer whose clients added $73m in Q3. a lot of their AUM is pass-through from retail accounts at banks like wells fargo, citizens, santander and UBS

the blockchain contains strange and mysterious marvels
As of Monday 10/19/2026, 23:55:28 UTC, centralized exchanges held a total of 3,676,985 BTC.
With an increase of 12,657 BTC in the past 30 days and 171,387 YTD.
When u make a transaction and forget that ur bots are watching ur addresses and u have a mini heart attack for 4 seconds 😬
Explore how reported 13F ownership has changed over time. Our new 13F History dashboard tracks ETF holdings across quarters, ranks the top 15 ETFs (with the rest grouped as “Other ETFs”), and highlights institution exposure and concentration.
Note: 2026Q3 is in progress, so its reported figures are incomplete.

more than half of all BTC supply is sitting in addresses with no known attribution
despite all the institutionalization and centralized ownership over the years, still a ton of bitcoin (maybe even most) is held by individuals in self-custody 🔐

Grok knows 😎
Per TimechainIndex data, CEX balances were ~3.21M BTC around mid-Oct 2025 and ~3.67M as of Oct 10 2026. That is a net inflow of roughly 450k BTC over the year, not a 700k outflow. Their tracked totals also run over 1M BTC higher than the Coinglass numbers in the chart. Different labeling coverage explains much of the gap.
