Before Stockholm, there was Aké.
A place rooted in childhood, culture, memory and the experiences that helped shape one of Africa’s most celebrated literary minds.
Aké to Stockholm symbolically traces the journey from those early beginnings in Abeokuta to the global
recognition of the Nobel Prize. Every extraordinary legacy begins somewhere. This November, we celebrate the journey.
