This publication demonstrates how Aerosol Jet Printing was utilised to tailor MXene morphology into aligned MXene films and crumpled MXenes. Both morphologies were shown to support biocompatibility with neural cells, with crumpled MXene exhibiting antibacterial activity.
Huge congratulations to Shan An who passed her PhD viva today!! 🥳 Shan's PhD focused on the development of gene-activated hydrogels for therapeutic delivery to enhance cartilage repair. Thanks to examiners Prof. Martin Stoddart, PhD and Caroline Curtin
'A 3D Tissue-Engineering Model of Craniosynostosis to Study the Microenvironmental Signals Leading to Premature Suture Ossification' is now published in Bioengineering! This article is the result of a fruitful partnership with the Children’s Health Foundation Temple Street
